| I was very pleased with recent work on our 2006 Caddy DTS. Disassembly revealed more work was required than anticipated. Jen & Nathanael kept me apprised of recommended extras via photographs and estimates for the additional material and labor. All communications were professional and cordial. |

| Excellent. If you have to spend money on your car, this is the place I will spend it!! Vera and Jen greet you warmly when you enter the shop. Terry, owner, always says hello and asks how you are. The ladies are so good at explaining what services need to be done and why. It is clean and their waiting room is supplied with water, coffeee and other friendly customers who always have a good thing to say about North Hill and how well they are looked after. Your car looks super when the fellows drive it out of the shop and hand you your keys. I highly recommend North Hill Auto. |

| North Hill Auto is a great Service garage. They provide a report on inspection findings and email or text it to you. I find they are very fair in their service recommendations- not trying to fleece the customer. Very personable front desk service. Highly recommend. |
